Shipping Terms

UK: Standard 2-4 working days: £5.00 - FREE  with orders over £75

Mainland Europe: 3-5 working days: £12.00

Australia: 6-10 working days £50

Rest of the world: 6-10 working days: £35.00

 * All orders are sent out the following working day Monday – Friday, excluding UK bank and public holidays, using the most suitable courrier service for your location. 

* All online orders placed on the U.K. website will be shipped from our head offices located within the UK. 

*International customers please note that Absence of Colour is not responsible for any fees due to import duty, VAT or any taxes that might be applied by your local customs authority. Nor can we predict what particular charges may be incurred for each shipment. It is the customers responsibility to verify with their local customs office if any charges are payable upon delivery. If your order is subject to any of these charges, they must be paid in full by you in order for your package to clear.

*Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specific time frame, Absence of Colour cannot accept responsiblity for later delivereis due to circumstances outside of our control.

*Please note in certain circumstances there may be a delay in posting your item. Absence of Colour will always try its best to notify you of these delays as early as possible.
